How Do I Place An Order?
If you would like to place a custom order, please fill out the information required on my contact page and I will respond as soon as possible. The time it takes to complete a custom order varies depending on the complexity of the design. If you need it by a certain date, please let me know in your initial contact and I will do my best to make it happen. Otherwise each item for sale on my site is available for purchase as one item in stock (as some designs are one of a kind). If you would like to order multiples of certain items, that option is available in the item description.
Payment and Shipping
USPS is my preferred shipping method. Each purchase is shipped First Class with insurance added and a tracking number will be provided to you. A flat rate of $7.00 will be charged to you for shipping and handling. In stock items will be shipped immediately. If you are ordering multiples of certain items it may take a few days for me to make them. Thank you for your patience!
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
My site uses secure payment options through Square which enables me to accept all major credit cards. I also accept payments through Paypal.
Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges for store credit within 15 days of delivery. Please contact me within 15 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition and shipped securely. Any damage to the items will void any exchanges and the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. If an item arrives damaged due to technical failure on my end, I will gladly replace it or offer a refund.
